Position: Key account specialist
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and understand market dynamics relevant for the products and provide sales forecasts of key accounts
- Develop and execute the tactical plans by key account(hospital) for key account management
- Ensure patient access for our products through prompt hospital listings and patient access program
- Provide product information and customized key messages to target doctors
- Build up the relationship with key opinion leaders and engage them in meaningful activities
- Execute the marketing programs and materials timely
- Convince customers of the value of products based on the evidence
- Understand and share the field issues or challenges related to the product prescription with medical or marketing team and bring the possible solutions to field
- Identify competitive intelligence and market dynamics in field and execute the effective and value-added sales & marketing strategy
- Understand hospital organization and represent PharmaEssentia in communication with hospital administration department and issue management
- Communicate with medical societies to position our company as the leader in hematology area
- Collaborate with medical team to meet customer needs
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pharmacy, Biology, chemistry degree preferred
- >2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with KOL management and analytical and basic marketing skills
- Understanding of hematology area
- Customer focused and result oriented
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional and matrix environment
- Strong collaborative ability and dedication to team accomplishment
- Compliance mindset
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
