Key account specialist

Position: Key account specialist

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and understand market dynamics relevant for the products and provide sales forecasts of key accounts
  2. Develop and execute the tactical plans by key account(hospital) for key account management
  3. Ensure patient access for our products through prompt hospital listings and patient access program
  4. Provide product information and customized key messages to target doctors
  5. Build up the relationship with key opinion leaders and engage them in meaningful activities
  6. Execute the marketing programs and materials timely
  7. Convince customers of the value of products based on the evidence
  8. Understand and share the field issues or challenges related to the product prescription with medical or marketing team and bring the possible solutions to field
  9. Identify competitive intelligence and market dynamics in field and execute the effective and value-added sales & marketing strategy
  10. Understand hospital organization and represent PharmaEssentia in communication with hospital administration department and issue management
  11. Communicate with medical societies to position our company as the leader in hematology area
  12. Collaborate with medical team to meet customer needs

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Pharmacy, Biology, chemistry degree preferred
  3. >2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
  4. Experience with KOL management and analytical and basic marketing skills
  5. Understanding of hematology area
  6. Customer focused and result oriented
  7. Ability to work well in a cross-functional and matrix environment
  8. Strong collaborative ability and dedication to team accomplishment
  9. Compliance mindset
  10. Fluent in English, written and spoken

Salary and benefit: Negotiable
